What this website doesn’t do

• it uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools,
• it stores no form data in any database – your enquiry is only sent by e-mail,
• it loads no third-party content without your click (map, Facebook, Instagram).

When you call, write or send an enquiry

We process the data you give us (name, phone, e-mail, town, the products you’re interested in and your message; when measuring also the address and sizes) so that we can reply, arrange a measuring visit and prepare a quote.

The contact form sends your enquiry to our e-mail address. It is not stored on the website or the server. To protect against spam, the server briefly (at most 24 hours) counts submissions in an Upstash database – of the e-mail and IP address it keeps only a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256), not the addresses themselves.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); after a contract is concluded, its performance and legal obligations (accounting, complaints).
• Recipients (processors): website hosting Vercel Inc., e-mail delivery Resend, spam protection counters Upstash; our mailbox runs on Gmail (Google).
• Place of processing: the form is processed on a server in Ireland (EU); the Upstash database and e-mail delivery via Resend are in Ireland (EU). Vercel, Resend and Google are based in the USA; any transfer of data to the USA is governed by their data processing agreements (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
• Retention: enquiries that did not lead to an order are deleted after 1 year at the latest; data from contracts and documents are kept for the period required by law.

Map and links

The map of our premises loads only after you click “Show map”. Your browser then contacts OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom) and sends it your IP address and technical browser data. The address of our page is not sent. Policy: osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

“Get directions” (Google Maps) and the Facebook and Instagram links are plain links – the service receives data only when you click them.

Hosting

The website is operated by Vercel Inc. Its servers may briefly log the IP address and time of a request for technical and security reasons (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for the period stated in the provider’s terms.
